We are a relatively young company here in Spain although we are true veterans in estate agency. We started our business as estate agents in 2000. After a brief start-up period it was clear that we are on the right track! Our motto is: “we advise and treat our customers as if we were dealing with our best friends” and in fact we maintain a friendly relationship with most clients afterwards. Our objective is to make sure that, after many years, our customers remember with satisfaction the service and advice we provided. We are conscious that it takes years to build a good reputation and only hours to lose one. We therefore put all our effort into finding the best solution for each of our customers. We spare no effort until we succeed and no road is too long for us! Besides which, we all work together as a totally committed team. We are proud to call ourselves “Stella”. It’s an honour! Sabrina is a person of many abilities. It doesn’t matter what she does, she always gives 100%, and she does not accept second best. She always shows great commitment and friendliness and she never backs away from even at the most difficult tasks. Although she looks very Mediterranean she is, in the nicest sense of the word, of North-German extraction. Professionally she has demonstrated her skill in many areas. She studied Business Sciences, apart from her formation as a bank employee. In Germany she opened a large furniture and decoration business and was dedicated to creating elegant homes for her customers. When she arrived in Spain in 2000 she worked as both an interior designer in hotels and as an estate agent, at the same time. As the volume of business in the estate agency grew she dedicated herself full time to the business. She manages Stella Inmo with skill, ability and empathy, despite difficult times. Clients completely trust her straight away! She looks after our Spanish and English clients.

Siegfried is full of energy. He can do 2 peoples work alone! Nothing is too much for him! He loves his job and because of this he is unstoppable. Clients are attracted by his kindness, good nature and professionalism. His interest and commitment is always noticed! For 24 years he managed a medical facility design and installation company. He is a hard working and efficient person who decided to come and live in Spain and start a new life. Dénia is his adopted city. Shortly after arriving he began working in the estate agency sector. After a short period he founded, with Sabrina Ritz, his wife, the Stella Inmo Consulting business. He tends to work with German clients, although he is much admired by clients of all nationalities.

Wim in an “veteran” in the business. He has 25 years experience in an estate agency environment. The last 9 of these in Spain. After cities such as Torrevieja, Estepona, Fuerteventura he has now becoming a true “Dianense”. In his private life he is a golf fanatic, enjoys good food with friends and likes travelling to unfamiliar countries. Meeting new people and seeing new cultures fascinates him. As a Belgian native he looks after our Belgian, Dutch, English and French clients. He is very enthusiastic and could not imagine a better profession for himself! He is liked by all for his warm, sincere and uncomplicated way and supports his clients and the whole team.

Dirk Julio is original ly from Belgium but over the years he has become a true cosmopolitan. He has lived on the Costa Blanca since 1986 and can´t imagine a life without the sun of Spain. He speaks 6 languages perfectly, has contact with many nationalities and loves to get to know different attitudeies and cultures. He is married with to a Brasilian and lives in a finca with a lot of animals, surrounded by wonderful nature. There is nothing he doesn´t know about property. During his long career he has had lots of experience in both large and small construction and sales companies. His professional hobby is designing new houses and garden landscaping. Feel free to ask him for a design!

Lydia is our organisational talent! She is often the one who keeps the calm when things get complicated in the office and she is always smiling and in good humour. Being an open and willing person, both professionally and personally, she is a great support for the business. Lydia grew up in Germany. Her father is Spanish and she is married to a Spaniard with who she has two clever children. Initially she studied languages and after acquiring some work experience in Germany she came to Dénia some 30 years ago where she started work in customer service in construction. Since 2008 she has been a whole hearted part of the Stella team. You can speak to her in German, Spanish, English and French.

Ariana is the most international of us all. Daughter of an Argentinean father and Spanish mother, she grew up in Italy and France. Her husband is French with South American roots. They now both live in Dénia with their two daughters and a small cute dog. Ariana is the friendly and calm person on our team. If a mistake is made she fixes it calmly, efficiently and immediately. Her global orientation is reflected in her training, she has lived in various cities such as Paris, Rome and Madrid before becoming part of Stella Inmo. She speaks fluent French, Spanish and Italian. She also has some knowledge of English.
